  • 4 cups breadfruit (‘ulu), immature, green, cooked and cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
