Enhancing Santilli et al.’s Proposal on Tropical Deforestation and GHG Emissions for the Post-2012 Climate Framework
The revised proposal by Santilli et al. at COP9 offers a promising strategy to tackle the challenge of tropical deforestation, a significant but unaccounted source of GHG emissions under the current Kyoto Protocol.
