Breadfruit with sweet coconut milk recipe

Here’s how to make this delicious dessert ingredient need it:

1. Pick breadfruit at the correct stage; not too ripe, not too green.
2. Breadfruit can be cut and steamed or baked (quarter the breadfruit, and cube,
remove the core, stem and then peel off the skin).

4. Add sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve.
5. Add vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg
6. Simmer for another 5 min
7. Spoon into individual dessert bowls and serve hot.
